As a successful medical device representative, trainer, and leader in the chronic pain field for over 25 years, I’ve witnessed thousands of people struggle with persistent health challenges — and how emotional stress can quietly take a toll on the body.

I’ve lived it, too. Years of chronic stress affected my own health in ways I couldn't ignore. But what ultimately led to my healing wasn’t another medication or procedure — it was shifting my mindset.
