Meet Melissa
I’m Melissa Davidian, a BodyMind and Holistic Wellbeing Coach who helps high-achieving women reconnect with their body’s wisdom and reclaim their vitality.
After 25 years as a medical device leader in the chronic pain field, I witnessed how emotional stress and subconscious patterns quietly shape our health and happiness — and experienced it myself.
Today, I blend neuroscience, somatic awareness, breathwork and mindfulness to help women regulate their nervous system, release limiting beliefs, and realign their energy so they can thrive from the inside out.
